Hiii! We’re so happy you’re here. Double the Journey is all about giving new life to pre-loved fashion, and we want you to love our pieces much as we do. Here’s what to expect when shopping with us!

Second-Hand = Second Chances <3

Everything we sell is second-hand and pre-loved, which means some pieces may show minor signs of wear (aka, a little proof of their past life). Any major flaws will always be noted in the description—we’re all about transparency! But tiny imperfections? That’s part of their charm.

Reworked with Love <3

Some of our pieces are hand-reworked—whether that’s embroidery, resizing, or fun custom touches. We put so much love into every creation, but just keeping it real… we’re not professionally trained tailors. Expect a little perfectly imperfect magic!

 Shipping & Understanding <3

We’re full-time college students juggling classes, exams, and this dreamy little shop. That means shipping times and responses might take a little longer, but we promise we’re doing our best! If you ever have a question, just shoot us a message—we love chatting with you!

Returns & Refunds <3

We totally get that sometimes things don’t work out! We offer a 30-day return policy—you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns:

      • Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
      • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase to start the return.

How to Start a Return:

      1. Email us at doublethejourneyy@gmail.com to request a return or create return on your customer account.
      2. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label & instructions.
      3. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. (We’re still a small biz, but we appreciate you so much!)
      4. Items sent back without prior approval won’t be refunded.

Refunds:

      • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
      • If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
      • The refund will include a deduction for shipping cost.
      • If more than 30 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, email us at doublethejourneyy@gmail.com.
